The next princess to emerge from Disney has arrived and she looks all kinds of awesome.
Moana tells the tale of a young girl who sets sail with a demi-god named Maui (voiced by Dwayne Johnson) to fulfil a quest begun by her ancestors.
Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator and star of current Broadway smash Hamilton, has written music for the film, and he took to twitter to give fans a first look at Moana and Maui.
I can't wait for you to meet Moana. https://t.co/viKx8hC8oU

Johnson also took to twitter and seems very excited about his part!
We can't wait to show the world #Moana. And does ANYONE know where I can score some tickets to HAMILTON? #NonScalped https://t.co/48C3U2HOrO

Moana herself will be voiced by Hawaiian teenager Auli’i Cravalho.
The movie is due out in November this year.
