Book Review: Savage The Kingwood Duet by S L Scott
I have been a fan of SL Scott’s work for years and years now. I love her books. So when I saw that she was giving away an ARC of her newest book, I knew I have to enter. I went into this book blind, meaning I hadn’t read anything on her Facebook group or her website about what the book was about. All I knew was that she was doing something different. Different doesn’t even cover it. This book is EPIC!! Seriously it is everything I ever wanted or needed in a book and so much more. I am going to do my best to write this review without any spoilers.
Savage is love story about Alexander Kingwood and Sara Jane Grayson but not just any love story. Yes there is a young girl and an other old boy that meet and fall head over hills in love with each other. But this love story has twists, ups, downs, blood, sweat, tears, deep dark family secrets, money, lies and super steamy sex. Right from the 1st page I was hooked. The love these two characters have for each other is beyond epic. I stayed up all night to see how it ended only to be left with my kindle in one hand and my other hand in my hair pulling on it in shock. Seriously you need to read this book. You will not be disappointed, well the ending….but the follow up book comes out in August. And for me August can’t get here soon enough.
SL Scott has a way with words. She is a true artist that paints a perfect picture in your head with her words. Be sure to get your copy of Savage that comes out on July 9th.
