Paramount Pictures revealed an October awards-friendly release date for Jason Reitman’s latest, “Men, Women & Children,” and now you can see the film’s first trailer, just ahead of its world premiere at next month’s Toronto International Film Festival.
Based on Chad Kulgen’s 2011 novel, the drama follows a group of teenagers and their parents as they navigate the complicated new world of this digital age. The film attempts to stare down social issues. The top photo is from the film feature Ansel Elgort and Kaitlyn Dever, who plays two of the youngsters. Adam Sandler, Rosemarie DeWitt, Emma Thompson, Jennifer Garner and Dean Norris are among the actors playing the parents.
The film opens in limited release October 3 and goes wide October 17, but first it will premiere at TIFF, which runs from September 4 to 14.
